Ambassador Field Director Requirements

Any Ambassador who recruits and maintains a network of Ambassadors to serve alongside him will be promoted to Ambassador Field Director (AFD). This will automatically bring continuity and structure in forming a local Ambassador team. Also, this will further our ministry efforts by creating more local unity and communication to the churches and the Men’s Ministry Leaders, which will result in more men attending conferences, which again furthers ministry.

AFD’s will be honored by Promise Keepers with:

  • Two Conference Wristbands to one city of your choice, to take along a guest
  • Specially designed AFD Business Cards
  • Specially designed AFD Hat

Requirements for AFD approval:

  • Recruit men to apply for and be approved as Ambassadors
  • On the bottom of each man’s application, be sure he lists your name as the Ambassador who recruited him
  • Follow through with each man making sure they have applied on-line, gone through the on-line training and have received their approval letters from Denver
  • Identify the names of the men you have followed-up with and have confirmed they are now approved Ambassadors, and submit to Denver
  • Denver will verify those approvals, and your promotion is complete

Ongoing AFD Requirements:

  • Challenge your Ambassadors and hold them accountable
  • Each AFD is asked to communicate with his Ambassadors on a monthly basis
  • Each AFD is asked to maintain active Ambassadors, recruiting new men as attrition occurs
  • Each AFD is asked to organize quarterly gatherings per year of their team
  • For encouragement
  • For equipping
  • For Training
  • Celebration, reflection, testimonies
  • At the beginning of each year:
  • The AFD will receive information concerning National Conference, promo materials and registration information to distribute to his team
  • Any time within the year
  • Investigate the feasibility with other AFD’s of conducting a PK event for your region
  • The AFD should direct and assist his team in the Evangelism follow-up from the men’s events to the local church

It is just that simple men…AFD’s are asked to maintain regular contact with their men via email, and host gatherings to plan on how to organize their area. The most important part of this planning is determining how to follow up with any decision cards that may come from men’s events from your area.

Are you this kind of leader? The Ambassador program is very powerful tool, but only if we are able to harness that power through leaders like you. We need men to step up in every community in the nation and become an Ambassador Field Director…putting together a team of inspired men to bring the lost to Christ. It is time to step up, men.

Again, we are filled with anticipation to see which Ambassadors from each regions God leads to step up to the next level as we work together to see Men Transformed Worldwide.
