PKAdventure - Champion

Thank you for considering the role of a PKAdventure “Champion.”  You and a like-minded team of men in your community are needed to support upcoming PKAdventure showings in a theater or church in your community.  Yours would be one of many more theaters or churches nationwide who would be participating in the next wave of PKAdventure events - either in Fall 2008 or Spring 2009.

Underwriting

The cost to bring this to your area, for each venue, is $2,000.00, up until 45 days prior to event date.  The PKAdventure showing requires a specific type of digitally equipped theater or church; the PKAdventure team will arrange for an appropriate venue in your area. 

Note: Costs may vary in locations without the necessary equipment.

There are a number of ways you can “champion” this event and reserve a venue:

1. Underwrite individually, or as a group of men, to cover the cost, with a donation, to reserve a venue screen ($2,000.00, up until 45 days prior to event date).

2. Partner with a church, ministry or group of them, similarly, to cover the cost, with a donation, to reserve a venue screen ($2,000.00 up until 45 days prior to event date).
   

Simply put, $2,000.00 up front secures a local DCM-equipped theater or church necessary to offer this opportunity in your area.  The event can be promoted through local churches, men’s networks, and personal word-of-mouth.  Registrations will be sold online at the Promise Keepers national website.  Your $2,000.00 investment is a tax-deductible contribution to Promise Keepers.

There will be a limit to the number of locations we will support for Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 events.  Those city teams that demonstrate the ability to underwrite PKAdventure will be considered first.

Again, in some communities additional technical underwriting may be required.
