Bob Gay serves the ministry of Promise Keepers as the Western U.S. Field Director.

From 2002-2006 Bob served as a Regional Development Director for Promise Keepers. Prior to re-joining the ministry in 2002, Bob was a Special Projects Coordinator for the U.S. Ministries of Campus Crusade for Christ and started with Crusade’s Here’s Life Inner City ministry, as National Director of Products and Programs. Bob first joined Promise Keepers in 1996 as a volunteer, and later as an employee in the role of Event Volunteer Manager for the Los Angeles Men’s Conference and later as the Regional Event Volunteer Manager based in Southern California.

Bob attended Cal State Long Beach, majoring in Political Science. He is an ordained Minister. Bob and his wife, Lori, reside in Los Angeles, California, with their two daughters, Faith and Grace.
