We are extending an application for a $20.00 discount per registration for groups of 40 or more. If you are interested in putting together such a group, please fill in the information below.

If approved, each man in your group will be responsible for purchasing his own registration. You will be responsible for distributing the coupon code to those men who are interested. We will run reports and keep you apprised of how your group is doing in terms or reaching the goal you have set of getting 40 or more men to register.
