Rabbi Jonathan Bernis
Jonathan Bernis has worked on the forefront of world evangelism since 1984, taking the Good News of Israel’s Messiah to the far reaches of the earth. He serves as President of Jewish Voice Ministries International (JVMI), where the mission is two-fold: Proclaim the Gospel to the Jew first, and also to the Nations (Romans 1:16), and equip the Church to reach the Jewish People by providing education about the Hebraic Roots of Christianity and how to share Messiah with the Jewish People.
Jonathan’s weekly television program, “Jewish Voice with Jonathan Bernis,” airs throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. In addition, JVMI proclaims the Good News through print media and large-scale international Festivals of Jewish Music & Dance in Eastern Europe, India, Africa and South America, as well as humanitarian/medical outreaches to the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel—the poorest Jewish communities on earth.
A sought-after conference speaker, Jonathan also teaches at seminars and in local congregations worldwide. He is a passionate supporter of Israel and a prominent leader in the Messianic movement—instrumental in founding many pro-Israel and Israel-Church reconciliation organizations. He is the author of several books, including A Rabbi Looks at the Last Days and A Rabbi Looks at Jesus of Nazareth.
Jonathan and Elisangela Bernis are the parents of two children and reside in Phoenix, Arizona.
