Statement of Financial Accountablity.
Promise Keepers is dedicated to maintaining financial integrity at all times. In Matthew 5:37, Jesus admonishes us to “let your ‘yes’ be ‘yes’ and your ‘no’ be ‘no’.” This simple but profound statement is at the heart of our commitment. We endeavor to be faithful stewards of all His provisions. Promise Keepers is committed to dealing honestly and fairly with other organizations, properly recording transactions according to accepted accounting principles, and making our annual financial statements available to interested parties.
In order to fulfill these commitments, we strive to equip our professional staff with the highest quality training and technical resources to accurately record and protect all ministry transactions. It is our priority to affirm God’s grace in all that we do, acknowledging His favor in this time of growth. The blessing of widespread support comes with a continuing challenge to honor our friends. No area is any more vital to us than our stewardship of the resources He has provided through our many supporters.
Promise Keepers has made itself accountable to the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), and complies with ECFA standards and guidelines. Membership in that organization requires the highest level of financial responsibility in the evangelical community of ministries. In order to meet the ECFA’s requirements, we are committed to an annual financial audit.

Ultimately, stewardship is more than an annual check-up. It is a commitment to honor the Master’s trust by using His resources wisely and for His purposes. Therefore, Promise Keepers is committed to wise planning and careful spending.
Finally, in agreement with the fundamental principle of supporting the local church expressed in Scripture, and affirmed in the fifth promise of a promise keeper, “A Promise Keeper is committed to supporting the mission of his church by honoring and praying for his pastor, and by actively giving his time and resources,” Promise Keepers encourages men to tithe to their local church before making any contributions to Promise Keepers.

We have engaged the services of Capin, Crouse and Company for this year’s audit, and have received their unqualified opinion for our ongoing financial activities.

What does PK believe “financial stewardship” to mean?
We consider every dollar received by the ministry to be a gift from God. The way in which any organization handles its finances is a reflection of its integrity. It is our prayer that we would never take for granted the faithfulness of God’s people or otherwise misuse the funds that you and God have entrusted to this ministry. Promise Keepers has been greatly blessed by our faithful friends and family who have provided the financial support necessary to carry out the mission of this ministry.
We pledge to you that it will always be our goal to remember that Jesus Christ is the very foundation of this ministry. He has ordained and provided for this ministry and all that we are belongs to Him.
How can I make a donation to PK?
In agreement with the fundamental principle of supporting the local church expressed in Scripture, and affirmed in the fifth promise of a promise keeper, “A Promise Keeper is committed to supporting the mission of the church by honoring and praying for his pastor and by actively giving his time and resources, ” a man’s financial support of his local church through tithing is a clear priority. Before you give to Promise Keepers, please fulfill your regular support of your home church.
